The Worcester Greenstar 30CDI Condensing Boiler

The Worchester Greenstar 30CDI condensing boiler is a wall mounted boiler. The new Greenstar 30CDI boiler now has more advanced heating controls and you can further benefit from its higher efficiency of 90.1% and must be fitted on a fully pumped system not gravity, as gravity systems are to be phased out as part of energy efficiency measures. The higher efficiency is achieved by the boiler recycling the gas which has been burnt. The upgrading of pipework will be necessary to convert the system to a fully pumped. New heating controls such as a mid position motorized valve, a cylinder thermostat to measure to hot water temperature, new heating pump and a

new programmer will be also necessary, including a full electrical wiring. Note this boiler is suitable for medium tolarger houses.the installation cost would be £ 2714.89 Inc VAT. which excludes a gas pipe upgrade if required £270.00.

Due to the building regulation part L we must incorporate thermostatic radiator valves on to existing radiators, a room thermostat, hot water and heating controls and auto bye pass valve if required. This has been included in the above installation price.

Note .The fitting of new thermostatic radiator valves will be necessary if non are present or the existing ones are old.
