New Changes Due to the building reguation part L we must incorprate thermostatic radiator valves on to existing radiators, a room thermstat, hot water and heating controls and auto bye pass valve if required. This has been included in the above installation price

Note .The fitting of new thermostatic radiator valves will be necessary if non are present or the existing ones are old and will be charged at £45.00 each.
