Landlord Gas Safety Certificate and Breakdown Cover from
a single monthly payment. The Landlords Gas Safety Breakdown
Contract is £11.00 per month per property, but with
a minimum of 2 properties. For single properties its £16.00
per month

SOLUTIONS
TO SUIT YOU
A Landlord gas safety contracts comes with boiler cover
or without cover the choices is yours. Both contracts can
be paid by monthly standard order.
The LGSBC with boiler cover is £11.00 per month per
property but with minimum of 2 properties.
The LGSCM is a standard Landlord Gas Safety Certificate
for up to 3 gas appliances and is £7.34 per month
per property.
Any additional appliances will be charged at £1.66
per month per each.
